We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions that enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and Customization: Design and implement RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) to meet specific business needs.
• System Integration: Develop and maintain interfaces between Oracle EBS and other systems, ensuring data integrity and smooth data flow.
• Reporting: Create and modify custom reports using Oracle Reports and BI Publisher to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Data Migration: Assist in data conversion projects, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading into Oracle EBS.
• Support and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS applications, providing ongoing support and enhancements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of development processes, solutions, and system configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Oracle EBS Developer with a strong understanding of the EBS architecture
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports
• Experience with data migration and integration tools.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
